What do motivational thoughts do?
They help us take action.
It isn’t about positive thinking or motivating quotes.
Those have their place in shaping our attitude and thinking.
However, what motivates us individually is unique, so we need to have our own thoughts most effective at getting us going.
Because our thoughts trigger our feelings, and they make us act.
So, depending on us feeling motivated or deflated, we will act consequently.
That is to say, it is more beneficial for us to feel motivated, so it is crucial of knowing how to create our own motivational thoughts.

Motivational Thoughts Of Your Own
To begin with, try experimenting with a good thought until you find a way to use it in your own way for motivation.
Suppose, for example, you’re in a difficult situation and don’t feel like dealing with it. As you feel stuck, you imagine a best friend going through a similar situation. How will this person act? How will you be assisting your friend?
Fortunately, you discover that it makes you take action to think about yourself in that situation where you can be of service. Imagine you in the future, feeling proud of how well you once turned a challenging situation into a profitable experience, where you learned and grew from it.
It is how you create your own motivational thoughts.
Now, it might be even more motivating if you imagine yourself being interviewed someday about how you overcame this difficult time.
The thoughts that work for you are the ones you need to be thinking about.
Learn Your Motivations
Experiment and get to know how your mind works. Beyond just thinking a thought, I find that explaining it to someone get me excited, and I have the task done!
Commonly, a thought will trigger a feeling that will make you behave most beneficially for you. You can get creative in your motivational experiments!
If visual thoughts are more motivating than mental conversations, then use those.
See pictures in your head that get you going. Perhaps when people say you can’t do something, you do whatever it takes to prove them wrong. Then it might be motivational to think about them saying you can’t.
Similarly, you can promise yourself a reward after completing a truly uninspiring task. Make it one that really means something to you. Keep that thought in your mind to keep yourself motivated. A trip to the beach and even a simple favourite desert maybe some of your more powerful motivational thoughts.
