The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Abroad with Susana, 2-10-8 Kataseyama, 251-0033 Fujisawa.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Abroad with Susana, accessible from http://www.abroadwithsusana.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Reimbursements and Reschedule policy :

In the event the client is absent or withdraws from the 12-week 1:1 Coaching Program for any reason, they will be eligible for a reimbursement of the remaining, unused sessions. Reimbursement will only be processed after the client submits all completed program work and written exercises within 90 days of their withdrawal.

Please note that shorter 1:1 Coaching Plans (4 or 8 weeks) are not eligible for reimbursement. If the client is absent or withdraws from these shorter programs, no refund will be provided.

Each client receives one "emergency reschedule" per Coaching Program, allowing them to cancel and reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice. Any additional cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.

For added flexibility:

- The 4-week 1:1 Coaching Pack includes 1 extra emergency rescheduled week (a total of 5 weeks to complete 4 sessions).

- The 8-week 1:1 Coaching Pack includes 2 extra emergency rescheduled weeks (a total of 10 weeks to complete 8 sessions).

- The 12-week 1:1 Coaching Pack includes 3 extra emergency rescheduled weeks (a total of 15 weeks to complete 12 sessions).

These additional weeks are designed to accommodate emergencies, ensuring clients can complete all sessions within the extended timeframe.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your submission of all completed program work and written exercises within 90 days of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
